The referral reward never showed up: what Ukrainian users can check before contacting support

Referral rewards rarely go missing at random. Usually one link in the chain is broken: the code was not attached at sign-up, a task was completed in a way that does not count, the deadline passed, or the programme was not open to your country at the time. Each exchange shows enough information in its own app to work out which of these happened. Going through it methodically saves you a support conversation that starts with a guess, and it protects you from the people who appear in comments offering to fix it for a fee.
Was the code attached at all?
Open the rewards or referral section in the app and look for the programme you joined; some exchanges show a progress tracker for new users. If there is no trace of it, check the screenshot you took at sign-up, if any, showing the code field. Many exchanges only accept a code during registration, so an account created first and a code entered later may not be linked. If the code was not attached, the reward cannot normally be added afterwards.
Which condition is still open
Open the full rules page from inside the programme, not the banner. Compare each task with what you actually did. Common mismatches: a deposit made through a method that does not count, a trade on a product the rules exclude, a trading volume measured differently than you assumed, or identity verification finished after the deadline. Note the registration date and count the days allowed. If one task is still open and the deadline has not passed, finishing it may be all that is needed.
Country and timing
Programmes can differ by region and change over time. Look in the rules for an eligibility section listing excluded countries or residence requirements, and check the date the rules were last updated. If you verified with a Ukrainian document while living elsewhere, the residence you entered may decide eligibility. Rewards also often arrive with a delay after the last task is complete; the rules usually state how long distribution can take.
Raising it with support
If everything checks out and the stated distribution time has passed, contact support from the chat or ticket form in the app. Give your registration date, the code used, the programme name, each task with the date you completed it, and your screenshots. Keep the message factual. Ignore anyone in Telegram groups or comments who claims to be able to credit rewards for you; they will ask for your login or a fee, and neither has anything to do with the exchange.
